Make sure their watching, then put your face in the water bowl and take a big pull! You might have to do this a couple times a day till they catch on!
Try not to let the neighbors catch you, mine thought that I was wierd!! Can you believe that?
All joking aside, you have to put their beaks in the water for a few seconds until they try to breath in and they will automatically pull some water in. I usually have to do this a couple times a day, for a couple of days and they catch on! Usually when a couple get the hang of it, the others just figure it out!
Sometimes you can just put an older hen in there and they will learn from watching, some are hard headed though!
