the band numbers are 459, 450, 479... I cant post any pics cause they are my cuz house sorry. i will when i get a chance.

Hi I am a CSRA member and this stands for Califoria Spinning Roller Association:
After looking into it the birds that are being inquired about were bred by Will Stienhouse out of birds that he got from Steve Smith. I hope this helps you out good luck with the birds.
