I have one pigeon in a kit who does not trap in with the rest, sits on the roof all day, so by the time he gets in, all the feed is gone. How do I train him to come in?

To train him to come in just like that when he does comes in no feed left for him.. starve him he be in before anyone next time ..now if you fly him with the rest he might come down sooner since he is hungry so what i do is toss him out the last 10 or 15 minute before they all land when he comes down and in let him eat but grab him and put him away until he traps in then you can let him eat his tablespoon and fly the time.. watch him he is eating more than the others..good luck.. ----------
