Hulls/shells. I wouldnt give them a lot of oily seeds. A friend had her helper put too much oil in the feed for a week while she was away and when she came back the birds looked like they had been dipped in oil.
Some oil is good for them. Like and old gentleman told me "Moderation in all things".
