Hello:
It was about 6 years ago, it was a hen from Ron Dent (Smith/Pensom). I mated it to a very inbreed cock from Eddie Flowers (WSRC 95 520). Taking the cock out was the best way to go, The one son that I stock is one of my main stock cocks. I also have several half brothers & one half sister in stock off a different hen, also an out cross(Heart Attack stuff)..Glenn

Alton, most of the time I think it's to add a trait such as kitting, flying height and or pattern.

Most of the time it is to down breed a good bird into mediocre birds,which makes no sence at all and is rarely admitted ---------- Just my Opinion Scott
