In my opinion, Yes I use it at least once a fortnight on their feed,for both racers and rollers.

Whoops, Fortnight = two weeks
I use it on the feed using some oil to bind it.

low cost, how much usually.. mine wasn't too cheap, i think i got ripped lol
Ralph what else doe sit do.. I heard it builds up a big chest??

Rub some on your chest for a few days and see ...
I use it as a sort of probiotic. After medication, or during times of stress (moult) I add it to my feed like posted above. Use some type of oil (I use garlic oil) to stick it to the grain, I use about 1 Tblspn of yeast per feeding. I bought 1 lb of it from a bulk food grocery store (Winco) like 2 yrs ago for less than $20.00 and I still have a little left, its cheap. Dont go to the health food store.

The only thing that builds your chest is push up and lifting weights..or my mom in law beating down on it,,..
