If you are having difficulty getting a full 20 bird kit together I would strongly recommend putting atleast 16 birds together. The reason being that if you have one bird out scoring can continue or you have one bird down early you can continue scoring. You need 15 birds to score; having 16 gives you a little cushion against scoring losses.
