Tou - Everyone has a difference of opinion of stiff. When this is brought up in conversation it usually signifies a bird that does not perform regularly. Some use it in terms of a bird that takes forever to come into the roll also.

Stiff to me equals one quality roll in every 5 minutes. An average bird would roll once every 2 minutes.
