Tou,
You need to visit the Visalia guys close to you so you can get an idea. They are good guys they will show you. If you just look on you tube you can get an sort of idea but you have to see them with your own eyes.
You really can't go on detail seeing a video on the net because it's really hard to catch a roller in true action with normal video camara's.

Onestly I can't tell from seeing the video. You see that they drop and are frequent. You can't see wing possition and speed by looking at the video which is the most important part. And that is were not many look at.

Tou, Good competition rollers are judged by their style,velocity and kitting abilities as well as frequency and depth. To answer your question directly...their not bad! Go down 5 places on U-Tube and look at the difference with (ptlofts) Graham Dexter's birds.
