I have had 2 birds die.It seems like they weren't eating. They were skinny and their crops were full of water. They were young birds but were old enough to eat on their own. They were laying on the ground and really weak.Anybody have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks Brian

If they have had their dose of 4 in 1,give them yogurt or a probiotic, then just keep them well hydrated with electrovites in their water then give them vinegar in their water after that, baths with epsoms salts and keep your fingers crossed. ---------- Kel. Rum-30 Lofts

Your birds had Coccidiosis. This might help:
Coccidiosis Made Simple By Jay Alnimer (J_Star) 2007
Coccidiosis is an intestinal disease that is widely distributed among pigeons throughout the world. Cocci inhabit the small intestine of nearly all pigeons. Along with trichomonads, Cocci are the most commonly found protozoa in pigeons, occurring in the form of two eimeria species (E. labbcana and E. columbarum). Cocci form permanent stages (oocysts), which only become infective after maturing in the environment.
Following ingestion of the oocysts, their subsequent developmental stages damage the intestinal wall. Within 4-7 days of infection, the pigeon starts to excrete oocysts again. There are two form of Cocci; The asymptomatic form, which occurs most frequently after ingesting small quantities of oocysts for the first time. Pigeons develop immunity to the infection due to stimulation of endogenous defense mechanisms, without visibly succumbing to the disease. With this protection, which is reinforced by constant ingestion of low levels of oocysts, the birds live in a kind of equilibrium with the parasites, which also protects them against sever intestinal disease. The visible form of the disease with an acute course and severe generalized disturbance, occurs when still unprotected young pigeons become infected by ingesting large amount of oocysts or the immunity of older pigeons is reduced or broken down by stress factors.
Symptoms of the disease:
Asymptomic form infested birds appear healthy, albeit rather less lively. The droppings are sometimes rather soft. The acute course, visibly affected pigeons produce malodorous, muco-aqueous, greenish and sometimes bloody diarrhea. The pigeons become listless, have puffed up plumage and drink profusely with reduced feed intake.
Treatment:
Some of the recommended medications are Bird Sulfa, which contains Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim that treats variety of disease including Cocci, Paratyphoid, Sour Crop, and E.Coli. Corid (Amprol) for Coccidiosis is another super medication to consider for treatment. 3 In 1 Multi Mix is also a great combination of the most common health problems; Canker, Coccidiosis and Worms. Amtyl Powder is another super medication, which is a broad spectrum antibiotic that dissolves easily in water. Amtyl Powder is made of a combination of Amoxixillin Trihydrate and Tylosin Tartrate, which are combined to produce a highly effective and safe antibiotic to treat a wide range of bacterial infections.

Cr250, Use 4n1 for 10 days. make sure you take away all other sources of water. Do not give them bath water for that period. My choice would be Amtyl...the best I have found to treat my flock.
From the looks of it, you are due for some serious loft cleaning. The sooner, the better.
All pegions have it, however, the young are more in the danger zone to become sick from it because their ammune system are not developed yet. Best of luck.
