Anybody know if the HRC is still around in the South Bay area of LA? It was started in the 70s by Danny Mackenzie and Bill Patrick and lots of roller pigeon loving kids with great birds from Dan and Bill. JDA

No, the last guy that still banded HRC got out in 2000 that was Jorge Cervantes.

This is kind of off the topic, But I've worked in San Pedro,Ca for the past year and have had the pleasuer of watching a kit of birds flying about 2 miles away from the parking lot of my Fire Station #36.
I think this flyer lives around 1st and Bandini St. just west of the old McCowan's market.
I want to thank you for the show (you have some great birds) and I also share your sorrow as I had a heck a of view of the BOP doing their thing.
