Does anyone know Rod Williamson, from Libby Monatana. I have a yellow check hen with his band on. Just curious about the bird.

I think he is from the American Flying Tumbler Club.
I looked online but seems the AFTC website has moved or is
not working. That particular club hasn't been very active
for a long time and all the information from them was old
and outdated.
