Is it ok If I let my birds pick the end of raw broccoli. The dark green little ends, is it ok if they consume it?

Kale, lettuce, broccoli are all things pigeons like to munch on and whenn there are no dandelions growing, that's what I give my birds for a treat whether it is of benifit to them is debatable as long as they enjoy it and it does no harm, why not?? ---------- Kel. Rum-30 Lofts

Years ago I would chop up lettuce and sprinkle a little table salt on it. They loved it, but I don't know if it was good or bad.I always did this during the breeding season and the babies were big and healthy. ---------- MJ
