I got some plastic snap on bands and they were all white. I also got some green ones. I dipped some of the bands in colored TESTORS model paint in the little jars. If I put these on some birds, are is the paint toxic against their skin?

Not after the paint is cured. Unless it is lead and they eat it (LOL).

Some are toxic to the bird and can kill them. I asked a paint specialist at Home Depot to see if they have any paint that would work on my Iron Wrought parrot cage, and they told me that it's not good because if they birds start to chew or lick on the paint, they would become ill and die. Look for those that are not poisonous to the bird. ---------- W.Cha
