Hi all. I got 6 rollers ( 7 mounths olds ) in flying and all are very good spinners ( deep , frequence, style, kitters... ) but they have a foult:
nearly every day they bump, without hurt themself, then, they join the kit again. Should I cull them even if they're a very good rollers ?
Could they lose this foult ?
I'd like know your opinion about it and thank you in advance.

Crazyrider,
I get them sometimes too. They either bump on the way out or on the way in. With my birds this has happend with young ones that are coming into the roll. I usaully feed them up a bit and toss them in the air for a few days and they usually stop bumping. If they don't they would eventually cull themselves. If I have room in my kit boxes for these birds, then I'll continue to fly them but this bird would lose his chance to make the breeding loft...

Bumping is a bad trait i don't like ..keep records of your birds and so when breeding time comes around you will know what bird to use like Efren said he don't use them in the breeding program because like breeds like..do like he said feed them up i have taken mine and rested the bumpers for a month and fed up that whole time.a few of them straighten up....I had toss them up but got tire of that it was no fun for me..I want birds with control coming in and going out..---------- Ralph
