Where do these come from? How do people get them? Do they come from trees/forests? I know they can come from other birds, but where do they get them?

Other birds not from people. They are feather lice and are very easy to get rid of. Just get a can of dusting powder from your feed store and dust under tail and butt area then open wing and dust close and open other wing and do the same thing . Put bird in a small cage for five or ten minutes. That will get rid of them. lice and mites .

lol I know all that.. They don't come from other people and they are easy to get rid of with poultry powder in like 2 minutes.. but you need to read my real question... Where do they *originally* come from?? Like can they come from trees..? Or soil..?
