Be patient and give them some rest. Pigeons are like us even though we need to work out daily you can over do it and your body needs rest as do the birds

That's good advice. Be patient and don't be in a hurry. Your birds need time to develop and mature.

When your birds are starting to roll flying everyday is not recommended as to what the guys above have stated they will need rest. flying your birds everyday and twice a day are good for young birds that are just straight flying and they too need rest every so and then..but once your start flipping or rolling fly them every other day and if you have enough pigeons separate the ones that are starting to roll from the non rollers.two different group one team that is working will work together as a team and the other group that is straight flying will take them farther into flying with the extra energy that they have so keep them separate.. ---------- Ralph

tell it like it is.your birds are sore just let them chill for a couple of days when they get older they'll get used to it just wait and see.

ay kooper, i flew your bird today. it rides her tail pretty deep. is that a sign of a good roller. or do all young birds do that?

i call that a feild goal the way i see it:all that time that it sits on the tail would probably be all the rolls it does.its just my theory, a couple of my birds proved it to me and now one is doing 40' and the other one is doing 15-20'.

Young birds when starting out .do flips , tail rides ...roll..they go through stages some never tail ride..now when they are yearling I don't tolerate that..if they just learning to put the brakes on while learning I can dig that but after they learn I don't want to see that tail ride again... ---------- Ralph

No to begin with in YB's tail riding isn't bad.. It is when the just basically fall backwards (10, 20, 30, 40 feet) and don't flip or roll quite yet but they are still learning..
