I need to check you out. When I was a kid I use to have a bunch of creams. But I was just a back yard flyer. Its more serious know. And all the serious people I see on the flys, I never see yellows-creams ---------- BIG WILLY TOPP FLIGHT/NCRC

Hey Willy! I've been busy lately but I speak for myself, it is a percentage thing. That is I have had a few creams from one source and a few whites from two grizzles but they seem to want to land on telephone poles and dont have the spunk that black, blue checks and red checks do. Every Blue check turns out rolling in time but creams and light colors often are the sloppy birds at my loft so the best end up in A team and B team. I have a few good badges now and then and several good grizzles from the Jac family but once the grizzles get too much white in them the get deep and sloppy. My favorites are black, blue and red check for velocity. Can be very different in others lofts but that is why I might end up with a kit some day with all red checks in it. But I keep a variety in the stock loft and I mix the colors, but the same thing happens like 90% good birds will be hard color and 10% of the good birds will be light colors. Bill C

Every Yellow I have ever come across is usually weak....the ONLY time I ever seen some good yellows was at Eddie Verdugo's place....they were doing pretty good..but not even close to his other teams I watched...He even said they are work to get good ones and the % is low. I had a couple yellow back in the day...and they had no mojo...ran out of gas and would get sloppy.....I only had one that would really tear it up....but it was a harder yellow like the one in the photo above....

I've bred about three good ones over the past 10 yrs. All of them are dead now, one hit the wire while spinning and killed it self and the othe two were caught by falcons. All three were good spinners with good style depth and frequency. I breed about three a year but give them away because i always have poor luck with them.
