Dove seed, they love it or even wild bird seed (the expensive stuff that says CLEANED on it.. :D) and they love it..

Mine fly to me and sometimes I get so angry because they carve up my head.. lol and my arms and everything.. :)

mario....why would you want to make a threat to your birds?? That's not a wise thing to do. Otherwise they will not feel safe in the loft...

mario....You shouldn't have to give your birds a treet when you enter the loft. Just the fact that when you enter the loft they get fed is enough to be happy to see you and spending time with them. It all adds up.

Mario just give it some time and just be calm and quiet around your birds. I guess talking to them softly from time to time wouldn't hurt either. If you can try hand feeding your birds inside your loft. Once they build that trust with you they will come to and not be so scared/nervous around you.
Some birds however will always be scared and there isn't much you can do about it.
Also handle young birds a lot so they get comfortable with your presence.

The Game pointed out just right and always move around slowly especially with your hand.unless you gonna catch one fast..sometimes i have one or two that are nervous or scare and been around me for a while I tell you the truth I don't like that and try not to breed from them..

mario....You have to be very PATIENT with your birds. That's the sign of a GOOD ROLLERMAN.... Don't worry this all comes with time,you'll get their. Sometimes I just pull up a chair,have a few cups of coffee and just sit and watch my birds. I do talk to them also but,softly and calmly in a low tone. I handel my birds as much as possible and that means hand feeding from time to time.
Their are some BIRDS that are just plain WILD know matter how you approach them. Remember be PATIENT...
