This is one pedigree from power pigeon. I can also add a photo of the bird that will be on the pedigree. You can add or subtract anything within in a matter of a click or two. Thanks Brian Middaugh
Here is one with a photo.

hi pat just a quick one mate pedigrees aint worth the paper they are wrote on if u breed in a open loft u can only g/tee the parentage if u breed individually as several cocks can tread one hen when the hen goes down to mate i have evern seen one cock be knocked off its hen and another cock tread the hen i bought 25 young birds direct off george mason he asked if i wanted the pedigrees i said no it is a lot more time consuming individual breeding but it is the only way u will know wat is actually being produced n by what thats when pedigrees are worth having other than that dont waste your time writing them
anyone who sells birds n gives a pedigree from a open loft all i can say are u sure ????????????????????????????????? because they cant be anybody who disagrees with this is doing it because they are wrong

Norlan, That is 100% true. All I use is individual breeding cages. And I do use a open loft for my foster birds. Because these is so many of them and all I have to do is write down the breeders eggs under which open loft pairs nest. It's pretty easy process and once they hatch just band and mark down what breeder pairs are out of what. I'm in the process of making larger individual breeding cages. I'm going to convert my gamecocks fly cages into individual breeding cages. So each 4' x 12' x 12' fly cage will house one pair of pigeons. I have 13 of these fly cages and I plan on using 13 pairs of breeders and use a 12 x 16 building for my open loft. When I finish these fly cages into individual breeding cages I will send in some photos. I wont make them 12' high either LOL LOL probably cut that down to about 6'6" LOL LOL Thanks Brian Middaugh

Individual is the only way to breed,my birds are bred by my selection on who needs what-depth-frequency-velosity-kitting-type-temperment only, best to best is fine but if you do not watch what you breed for it could take you backwards-example rolldowns or too deep! ---------- Pat

I used power pigeon alot more afew yars ago, I only use about four indivudals now. I think the power pigeon is really good, but in my opion not really geard twardas rollers, except for the logo you can get if you are a NBRC member. The writings and catagories are still geard for Racing, you can still do really well with this program and keep excellent documentation, then there is the goodold pen and pad....
