For every 100 birds raised on average, how many end up as stock birds?

well i'd have to say not very many, most fanciers like to take up to 2 or 3 yrs. to see which birds are worthy of putting it in the stock pen.by then if a bop don't get it or some other thing that can go wrong you may find a lot of birds won't make it to the stock pen.of the 12 squeakers i bred so far i have 1 that really is looking good for stock, and im going to keep flying him im hoping he dont get hit by the bop.he should be ready for the stock pen in 2010/2011.thats just my 2 cents on this. Depends on who is picking them. I would guess that from 1-3% should make the stock loft if you fly them two years and only pick the best.
