I saw a pic on the net some time ago of Mike tyson with three other guys in front of a coop, tyson is holding a yellow roller. Does anyone on this site know the Pic ?
The reason i ask is because i recently purchased some yellows one with boots.
The gentlemen i purchased them from stated they were from a DON OULETTE ?? line He sated mike tyson also purchased this line of yellows . Can anyone confirm this story or does anyone know of Don Oulettes yellows ??not sure of the spelling. Are they good spinners?
I bought the pair and do not want to fly cause of BOP i have them in the breeding coop for now
Would appreciate your comments
John

Well first up, I am pretty sure his name is Don Oulette. Here is the picture you talking about!

I believe there are three Ouellette bros raising Rollers. Have not heard any thing about yellows but do recall a article written by Dan about how they got the famous Almonds. It was a cross between an Oriental and their BRs. That was a long time ago and don't recall what became of that almond project. Ouellettes have yellows? First for me.
Flying some Ouellettes myself. All Blue Bar, Blue Check, Ash Red Check, Ash Red Bar, selves or Recessive Reds in mottle and mix tails. These are down from his Plona lines.
P.S. I do remember the photo. Don't recall the website, it was a loft in Northern Cali if I remember correctly.
