does it shake its head just or twist its head and neck around? does it also toss seeds at all? Does your loft have any opening for mice to enter? Have you entered any new birds lately?

Kops, If your thinking what of what i thought, the bird wouldnt be able to sit on a perch, No balance to keep it up there. The word is on the tip of my tongue, lol, ---------- Tony.

If he gets any worse, isolate him quick, and worse than that, you'll find his not attached that well if you pull a bit.Keep any sickness away from the rest of the birds whatever you do. ---------- Kel. Rum-30 Lofts

Hey Mario, he could have a fever, or he is loaded with energy and ready to explode. Are his droppings normal or watery?
The status of the droppings are directly connected to the health of a pigeon. When they are firm like a walnut with a white cap, birds are healthy.
Watery droppings could indicate a stressed bird or enteritis, an infection of the gut. Can you provide more information on the birds overall condition as relates to health? ---------- FLY ON! Tony Chavarria

It doesn't sound like PMV. Sometimes my birds shake like that. That happens when they are nervous because they are intimidated by another cock or something especially if a bully cock is getting near them. A video will probably settle the confusion.
