Sorry to say this but, you're going sight unseen. I'm sure that you want good birds but unless you physically see them, you won't know what you'll get. Tony has ruby rollers for sale right here & everybody seems to really like them. You also have to consider that even if these birds are top rollers, they will be affected by change of climate, elevation and other factors. They may roll like champions back east but may not in California. I'm in no way knocking Pat's birds, it's a risk you take by long distance transactions.
If you spend time & read through all of the posts, you will see that getting the birds is just a little part of the process, breeding & adding different blood lines over time produce results. You won't get deep rollers overnight. Welcome & good luck!

Pat Topper..PA..I cannot vouch for the birds but I can vouch for the man..to the best of my knowledge he is one of integrity and honesty. I would not hesitate to purchase birds from him.

These guys that are willing to vouch for Pat, make me believe you'd be ok buying the birds, just remember that a new environment always affects the performance of a bird. The best way to get into rollers are through friendships.

Hey Red, welcome to the site. Where do you live? I might suggest that you get involved with some local flyers and go around with them and see what is going on in your area. It is always better to see them in the air before you buy, even if you are getting the brothers and sisters. There are probably flyers in your area who post on this site and would be willing to help you get started again. ---------- They gotta Spin to win.....Jay

alright guys thanks for helping me out n giving me good advice.topper is giving me 1 pair of fireball, 1 pair of pensons, 1 pair of continental and a free pair of orientals. I told him to give me all his different type birds so I can choose which one complete me.so when I get them I'll put them into my flyer cage n let them kno the hood for 2 or 3 weeks untill I let them free.this is my idea with the birds..I'm from Sacramento n I dnt really kno any pigeon flyer here in sac.but I belive I will soon we I have some of my own birds..nice to meet everyone
