Here in the NW United States we lock down October till April. Anyone still flying at this time of the year is just asking for trouble.

I was driving past a friends house (he has rollers)and a red tail hawk flew rite in front of my car and I almost hit it. When I looked around I saw he was chasing pigeons.

Not to rub it in, but I`m still flying 1 kit with no problems, no BOP. I did lock up 2 kits for spring, just in case things change and the winged demons show up for dinner.LOL
Oh , I`m in northern Indiana.

here in indio,ca.if u fly at 6:30-8:30am ok .after 9:00 it starts to get warm and the BOP's start to spread their wings and look for breakfast ..LOL pm sometimes not to bad if they found something to eat.

I hear that Great Horned Owls are a Pigeons friend.
I was told that the horned owl will watch for BOP's nest, and at night attack some times killing the pair and the young...
I wonder if I can relocate some to my neighborhood
