Hey you guys,
i'm still new into the roller hobby. and since the semester is almost finished (i'll be on my winter break.) I'm planning on goin to Colorado to visit my uncle and a few friends for about 2 weeks. I would definity love to see some birds fly (which i've never seen a comp. kit fly EVER!!) i would love to see or at least get to know some more ppl who are into this hobby and of course their birds. So if anyone live there and can help me to become a better rollerboi help is always needed from experience friends (anyone who's willing to help.) Where in Colorado you going to be? I main Utah but only an hour from the North West corner of Co.

I will be north from denver,co i believe!?!? not really sure, BUT RT I will make time to come by if that's ok? It would be a really GREAT EXPERINCE if that would be fine? I just hope that mother nature gives me a good weather when i come there. And how can i keep in contact?

I live in Duchesne Ut. MapQuest Starvation State Park. It will tell you how to get to my place. I am the Ranger on the park, and live on park. Remember that I am a newbie, but if the weather is good I will fly them and we can talk pigeons for a while.

Say 2, there is a real nice guy that I visited in Longmont CO, his name is Elmer Walker, he is in the NBRC and his # is(303)-833-2019. There are a few flyers in that area that he took me to see when I visited him. If you join the NBRC one of the issues of the bulliton has a membership list with names and phone #'s. Have fun.

Yeah i think i'll give him a call. Say you never gave me your name. But from the bottom it says Jay. Is that right? I don't want to start callin you Jay now and not even be close...LOL. But i really appreciate the help. So where are you from Spin_City_USA?? How long have you been into rollers?

Yeap, I sure do. The last competition I was in is the 2008 fall fly. I like the idea of competing to see what I need to improve with my birds.

Tou2son, yes my name is "Jay". I had a real good kit in the late 80's that I called "Spin City" and I want to make some more as good or better, so that is what I am working towards.
I have been in and out of rollers for 40+ years. I may not have been able to keep them all the time, but I have always had friends who kept them, and they would always help me get back to flying and breeding. So give Elmer a call, I dont know how the weather is now but he put up 2 or 3 kits for me and they performed real good. He has a nice setup.

Alright Spin_City_USA and Erwin,
I will definitely give you guys a ring before i get there. Just kinda stressed and exhausted from finals and all that.
Say Spin_City_USA,
where are you from? Maybe when i come there i can visit too? As for me I'm in MN. if ever head this way just let me know. For sure welcome!! I'd like to be criticized it only makes me become a better roller boi, that goes for anyone!!
