Hey Rob not sure yet I was thinking about chartring a bus and go the daybefore at the casino and get up in the morning an go to the show that way kill two birds one stone take the wife for a trip and a bird show all in one.

Max- Yeah, they're trying to get enough people to rent a charter bus. Its stopping at Southwest College and also in Fontana right before the Cajon Pass.

I tried to help George by donating birds in the hopes of trying to lessen this tension between us. Instead it escalated. Trying to be helpful to George seemed to make him try harder to discredit me. There comes a point in time you just give up trying to help people, when it is clear they don't want your help.

hey Cliff all I did was say that you Bitched about Pual Fullertons region not flying all there kits During a discussion .
And you got bent out of shape, it was the TRUTH everyone here on this board Knows it.
what you fail to understand is that I dont agree with every thing every one says BUT we are still Friends.
I have several friends that have different opinions about several things( politics, birds, dogs, horses, Boxing, ETC) and I dont agree with them and I tell them. Am I always right ? of coarse not.
But Guess what we still sit at the same table and break bread and consider ourselves Friends.

Hey Cliff, I did not edit or modify any of your posts on this thread. As matter of fact, I deleted 2 from here that were sort of "band wagon" responses that got on you for not donating. If the Moderator deleted something, it is the rule to send me a copy of the deleted post, I received nothing, so I guess there is another reason your posts did not show up??
As for sarcastic innuendo being allowed and not a response, this would be inaccurate as I deleted nothing of yours from here. As a matter of fact, I can't ever think of a time I have edited or removed one of your posts. I think its all a mix-up or misunderstanding.

Thanks, for the heads up, Tony. That's odd, though. Each one DID show up for about five minutes, and then dissapeared, so naturally I wasn't very happy about that. In fact I was planning on calling you this evening to see what was up...

Everyone has personal reasons for what they do. Roller politics and friendships should not go hand in hand. We all are in this hobby because of a common reason- a passion and love for the Birmingham Roller. Why else would we put up with BOP's, varmits, Homeowner associations, theives, and higher and higher feed bills! The battle should be fought there, not amongst ourselves. The Tribute to Pensom Show will be a great show that won't be dependent on birds, but dependent on the great group of people that will be gathering to share their love for this hobby.

the Bus only had about 15 people , not enough to Charter it. Everyone said they are driving so they can stay and go have some fun on the Strip.
some are flying in and renting a room for the weekend.
