it's hard getting in to the chat room? any ideas how to get in.

i been trying for days to get in the chat room and no luck personly i liked the old way it was very easy to get into jmho.......................donny james

Click on live chat,
Instead of entering your info,
click on Register/update(written in red)
it will open a new window
Click on forgotten password
Enter your username and it will then send you a email.
Check your email and Write down you password,
Get back on here and go to live chat and enter your username and password.
If you want to change your password
go back to live chat
click on Register/update(written in red)
it will open a new window
click on log in to change settings
and follow the steps

so do i, but this way peoples have to be registered to chat. the old way, there were lots of peoples who came in unknown and said a lot of unappropriate stuff.

Ive tried. followed directions. tried again. still cant get in. I aint tryin no mo.LOL Why cant we just use the same user name and password that we use to log in to this forum?

To anyone that cannot log in, send me the name you registered as per the instructions and the password that the system issued to you. I will test them and let you know if they work. If I don't hear from you via email, I can't help you.
I managed a network of 50 PC's in an office and I found that about 80% to 90% of the issues were user related.
Just a comment to those having registration issues: Those using this website and its features range from old to young, years of computer experience and non at all and everything in between. I regret that I cannot make my registration and log in instructions any more simpler than what I have.
I beg your forgiveness in pulling this change on you in response to the advice and complaints I received from users who were tired of being assaulted online by trolls.
Beyond you sending me your registration and password, there is nothing else that I can think of to do except perhaps dumping the whole chat feature entirely as being more trouble than what it's worth in terms of headaches. What do you guys think?
(Thanks to you guys who are trying to help the others figure out how to do this, your efforts are appreciated)

i think this is ok. the old way is easier but this way isn't all that hard too. just follow the instructions.
