Mad Max was some dude that use to spin some nice Birds.
but as the Competition got tougher he went into HIDING LOL

Mad Mad was Born Marlon Garnett to two Belizean Immigrants in Los Angeles California he was then sent to belize as a infant and emerge back on American Soil at the age of 9 yrs old in 1986 in 1988 was the first time he ever saw a pigeon at his uncle Greg Romero on 68th street he had all kinds of pigeons all kinds also all his sons raised birds Greg Jr Hector, And Floyd who raised with me and my brother. from that day I was hooked. his mom allowed him and his older brother to have bird to keep them off the street hearing that his 2 older brother was from the local gangs so that is how it started it we raised birds for years going to Johns petsop and to red wings on our bike from Vermont to Alameda to by birds Stealing bike parts from the stores and buying what we could for our bikes we would go everywhere to get birds we got birds and from mr brown from manuel arts and from the pet shop We started a club call BMRC which stood for Belizean mafia roller club which only banded 1 yr 1996 around that time we met a cat called Keith london through a freind lance (Lancelot) Lance was the first one to show me a kit of Breaking pigeons at that time we would stray bird in and through name band we would track down the breeder if it was good and get birds from them thats how I met Lucky Spinner Don Lyle .In 1997 my brother was shot 7 times and two of my closest freinds were gunned down as a result of this we Moved to Las Vagas To start a new Leaf and have been here ever since Mad Max Brought all his birds with him to Las vegas.But retired in 2000 giving all his birds away to Robert Anguano because of work sceduling
He got back into birds with a buddy of his who he met in the flooring business Name Marco Cardona He was back in the game 2001 I had bird from Most Don Oulette blood and John Jones and Randy Gibson who I met through Don Macauley and Marco We split up and I went my seperate way when I Purchase my first home In 2003 that is when The Las vegas roller club started From that time I been trying to find some of the best birds and only the best I am now working with ( anything that produces spin Extreme spin and frequency and the have to be able to do it all the time) I have won My region 3 times now ( I have been ever so lucky to have the opportunity to work with very good stock I really dont get into bloodlines and pedigrees I just breed them fly them keep the best and get rid of the rest and also dont be afraid to buy into a champion proven bloodline then work on your training of them and as you get better the bird will show it!!
My birds Come Down from From (Ron Duncan Randy Gibson,Doug Brown,Johnny Smith,Willie Wright,Ray Fisher,Joe Emberton which Ive Been working with since 2003

Great story Max, sounds like the good old days riding bikes to Boones, Redwings, John's feed, Frankies and Black Smith's corners. Scrapping up all the money we could to buy a new roller and 2or3 dollars worth of feed. We went a long way from Watts for the love of our birds. Kept us busy and out of trouble too. There's alot youngsters that could use rollers today,

yep big block I never wrote the story there is alot more but these were th most momerable moments to me
I have the boones story and the Blacksmith story too almost got killed both times got rob once !!!

MadMax, it was redwings for me! That is were my first rollers came from..(tumblers)...hehe! I used to live in south central as a kid and we did the same. Good story bro. I hope things get better for you.
