the new rec red hen that i got now is friends with the commies.. ughhh i hate those freaking commie..she wont come back now..im hoping that she could starve her little butt out there and i could catch her when she is weak..due to no food and water..i hate those commies..i need a BB gun LOL

yes i flew her..she didn't even fly lol..more like roof hoppin lol..she goes from one house to teh next and she cant find her way back..shes only like 8-9 houses away..ughh i freaking hate it..she didn't come into the roll yet..

Man sounds like that bird is lacking homing abbilyties. To be honest with you, you didnt loose anything because u dont want a bird like that ... JMO

Had one couple of years ago that could see the loft and wouldnt come home. No loss there buddy

Yea man its a weak trait... I wouldnt breed from it but again there might be some circumstances I dont know about!! Just remember to be VERY VERY VERY selective when it comes to breeding because everything you put in your stock loft will show up weather good or bad. Hope this helps a little .. LOL

Geez guys. I guess I am breeding nothing but culls over here. I'm not breeding for homing abilities.
Sorry to hear about that bird. Try a different technique next time when settling in birds. Your favorites seems to be the one that never returns. Well at least over here it works that way.
I wouldn't cull a bird if it didn't know who to come home. Hey, just me here.
