I fly Bob Brown & Bill Barrett blood. Seen lots of Jerrys birds around though, goes back to Pensom stuff. I Believe Jerry has passed away, he was pretty sick with cancer the last time I saw him. Do you have any problems with flyaways? ---------- Yours in the Hobby Don Lunau

I don't believe I know this gentleman. Where is he from. Jerry never flew his birds for me, but a neighbor had them for a while, but had too many flyaways, so he got the English birds. Jerry's birds are harder to train, so I have been told. Most guys around that have them breed 200 plus young ones a year & never have anything to fly in the world fly. Except Frank Lyons from Sutton On. Frank is a real handler of pigeons. Was pretty well known when he was into the homers. ---------- Yours in the Hobby Don Lunau

It depends whos handling them. Jack Courts was about the only guy that could make them work. Frank Lyons does a pretty good job also. Pretty much everyone else, if the birds roll they don't kit, but when they land the owners say they are going to the stock pens. And they can't figure out why they are not kitting. If a bird won't kit it's definately NOT going to the stock pens at my place. ---------- Yours in the Hobby Don Lunau
