Thank you Tony for saying something !!! I had gotten to where I wasn't even looking at this site.. And it was all because of the B*** Sh** !! They were talking on here. It use to be you could ask a question on here and get an answer.. But now it seams like they make fun of everything thats ask.

Thanks guys, I brought in some new help in the office, one of new persons duties will be to monitor the site throughout the day and moderate those kinds of posts. Also, some people will be suspended people after a warning if they do not follow the posting policy.
I will not be involved in this process, will be up to the new person. I think this will help allot! ;-)

Hey mach, I just suspended 3 guys til further notice. I want to apologize for not seeing some posts sooner than I would like. I just don't get a chance to read every thread or post. So there is a little self-policing that has to happen. If you guys see something, copy and paste me the link to that thread so I can be notified in case I have not seen it and take care of business.
