Well,
A friend of mine in the Nor Cal area just got his birds stolen....Most were birds that he got from me last year...they are 08 and banded with NCRC and will have my band personal band on the other leg.....He is getting me the band numbers and I will post them.....They are Early 600 series...I believe they are like 601-618.....so if anybody is trying to sell you my strain of birds and they are of that series...get on the phone like a dog on a bone.....More info...any bird that is 06-08 and claims that the bird is of my blod will have a personalized band..99% of the birds that leave my loft have a second personalized band on it......just some info...

No my birds were not stolen...to hard at my place...they have to get through my ADT alarm system wired to my loft...and get through my dogs....and my neighbors...on both sides and back are retired and nosey old ladies and if they hear anything in my backyard..they yell for me and if I dont answer they call my cell phone...I love nosey old ladies....and you never know if I am home or not...I have to many vehicles to choose from...plus i have a roomate...and well..artillery...I am a deer hunter and bird hunter....LOL....a bunch of birds aren't worth a cap in your ass...hand cuffs....or a dog bite...LOL

Paul I'm up in Fairfield Solano county and have a buddy in Vallejo that raises. I will pass the word and we will keep our eyes open and ears to the ground. Hate is a strong word but I really don't have any respect for a thief!!!

Paul have your friend check who he has talked to and who he has had over at his place. It is usually someone he knows.
This was talked about in the "Cutting bands," post.
This would be a good reason to post pictures, if he has pictures of those birds. We could all be on the look out for them. They will no doubt have the bands cut off of them. He should make a surprise visit to all the guys he know! Bill C

srry to hear about your friend paul..now days i guess there nothing left for thieves to rob but birds i guess..lol..how would anyone come so low to steal birds?..not disrespecting anyone but thats just not kool..i was robbed 2 years ago twice and my bird were shit birds..and it turned out i was robbed by one of my good friends who got me into raising rollers.not friends anymore i tell you guys..lol..so yea we all should watch out now days...

Paul, there's a lot of thieves in the Nor Cal area...My birds too got stolen in the past not too long ago...Im pretty sure all the bands are cutt off by now...Damn thieves...I rather have my birds get taken by BOPs then thieves...I'll keep my eyes open here in Sac-Town...Hope your friend find them...Good Luck

sorry about your friend lost...Hope he can get them back...My birds almost got stolen once...But good thing my loft is right next to my bedroom window...I wake up in the quickness...Hard sleeper even at night...btw I try to contact you paul...can you pm me at my email...
