i have a coc that is sitting on eggs but when ever its the hen turn to sit he is going in and out of other nesting boxes fighting and destroying eggs i dont no what to do about this problem

Yes he will, and he will probably want to stay there after a day or so. The hen may have to take his shift the first day. He may break the eggs depending on how careful he is..You are already losing eggs due to his tough guy BS - so wiegh your advantage.

well his eggs should be hatching and day soon and i dont want to lose them this is his first round and i
want to fly them before i decide to get rid of his a##
but i dont want him destroying other eggs either i guess i have to choose my posion

This works well, i use two snap bands and tie them together with sewing thred about an inch and a half apart with about four /five strands of thred, The egges should not be a problem, at least they havn't for me.

that or lock them up till the eggs hatch or put him in a cage by himself if the eggs are going to hatch any day now them put him back in to help with the feeding.good luck..

Its just best if you do what lipper says that works well let him get his but worked by the other cocks for a couple days that works perfect and you wont have to worry about him going in to other nests I use to do this when I bred open loft and it worked fine good luck jnyce.Edgar
