Its official...Sacramento will be hosting the 2009 NBRC National Convention..after the pigeon show this weekend we will start the planning process and get a date out...ASAP..Sometime in June should be the date...ROck an ROLL

Paul, Why in June...if you don't mind me asking!! usually the convention is held Sept thru Oct. June or July time frame is excellent. The sooner that you get a date the sooner we are able to book a flight and take advantage of the cheap airfare rates before they start sky rocketing again. Thanks.

Region 5 is flying thier WC finals around June 5.

We will be having a meeting..we will fly our Fall fly regionals in October and our finals around that time..we may do are regionals earlier.....and our birds are in the moult big time...and the weather can be really WIndy in Sept-November...North Winds in Cali SUCK...that is why we have all the fires...So that those dates will be hard to do......
We should have the date real soon....June is a time when the weather is calm...and not to Hot...July-August you are talking damn near 90 by 11am....We will make sure the convention is after the Finals for the US......that was just what is being talked about.....It would be mid to late June...

Nothing is set in stone yet....we still have to have our first meeting and talk it over...so until a date is final...well..nothing is final...
