What steps in your loft are u taking to make this year better than last year? I got rid of alot of birds and decided to work with two familys only. Norm Reed and Steve Smith.

With me...Just pulling the best stock out of the air that I can....Getting rid of breeders that are not in the direction that I want to go....circling the wagons around particular birds....and I want to add another kit box ASAP so that I can fly 4 teams....I am sick of being low on birds around world cup time....I am totally shitting rubber nickels here....one screw up and I am out.....20 in the A-team and 10 in the bull pen..and that is all I got....so....fingers crossed...

One more thing..is To always keep my eyes and ears open and dont get blinded by success.....but to continue to learn all that I can...

rock and ROLL

Big Willy,
More focused time in all aspects breeding, flying, maintenance.

I am also switching mates alot earlier for half bro/sis possibilities for breeding, and to find out which mates are producing the roll I want.

This is the best breeding season I have ever had!...Aloha,Todd

Putting more pairs together this year. I'd rather have too many and cull hard than not have enough birds and not cull as hard as I should. I also held back on breeding too early. Got about 15 pair down on eggs now. Pulled first eggs and got em all synched within about 3 days of each other. First round to hatch next week. Hope to raise 100 birds and end up with two good kits going into next winter.

Here is one I learned many moons ago... Stop asking the people that are not rolling pigeons how to roll pigeons... It just doesn't make sense does it..
