Thank you PR. I put the cocks in a week before the hens and they seemd to be settled. The odd fight here and there. As soon as I put the hens in they all whent straight to there cocks and was driving eah other (ISNT IT A WONDERFULL SIGHT?) I have my laptop near my back window and can see my loft and I can hear the cocks clapping about and cooing, so it sounds happy to me.Thanks for taking time to post me back . Yours in roll. harrison.uk.hull

Whenever I feel the wife his in a mood or the kids are doing my head in you can be sure I wil be sat on my chair in the loft drinking coffe and talking to the pigeons.lol. I have one cock that even comes up to me and drives my feet. They are deffo a bird of love and peace.
Ralph last year I bread 4 young out of a black bald hen and checker pide cock. They took a while to come onto the roll but I think that was down to the way I was feeding them at the time. I gave the cock away to a friend as I had never seen this cock in the air and he was just a trial pairing. So as I said his young come good. I am stook weather to go and get him back as it would mean putting him into quarentine for 2 weeks and splitting a pair to put him back to the hen. Could you please tell me by exsperince what you would do? as I dont want the shed in uproar.lol. thanks harrison.

what I do if the wife its in that mood and the kids doing my head in ..I would run fast grab my birds and run far lmao...jk.. The birds that you are breeding did you select them from the air? if you did and you was satisfy in what is your standards..if you are go for it...now that cock that you said you gave back gave you 4 good hens get it back and separate the hen that you going to use with him so the 2 weeks you got him on quarantine you would know for sure she's not fertile with eggs from the old cock. ---------- p.s. look into that good for I don't think they didn't come in earlier or later because the way you fed them..i can feed them just rice and if they going to roll they going to roll not perfect but still the gene will kick in.

what happend his when i took all my young away from there pairents and put them in there kit I had them on breeders mix for about 6 month. Then I was told to put them on wheat and barley. God be my witnes as soon as I put my birds on this smmal food they started to spin there heads off. I have had my breeders on the big mix over winter so they are nice and fat going into the breeders pen and if I let them out I am sure that they wouldnnt do what they can due to been over waight ? thank you harrison.
