" I hate it when they stay up drinking and chasing woman all night."
Now that is funny ;)
It happens. Especially on 'HOT' rollers. Hate when you have a newbie visitor over and a stupid one does that.

I am the same as you Spanky, I have not let out the A team from last year yet from early or mid Novemeber. I have some other birds I have gotten out but not the best yet.
The ones with good velocity will almost always kill themselves upon impact. The sloppy ones or tumblers will almost always survive. I lost a good cock bird last year that did not bump, but one day out of the loft he rolled out of the kit box and died from a 20 foot roll to the ground. Like you I was disapointed. But you got the parrents you will have another one. Good luck. I think I will hand toss my A team one at a time to get them all up the first time out this spring. As soon as the others are not chased by BOP every day. Bill C

That's too bad Spanky I have 1 that bumps alot since I started flying again since lockdown. He's been lucky, still alive . I wonder if he's going to not bump any more after a while? Time will tell.
