No matter what the issue, circumstance or even problematic cause.... always remember this Val:

Life goes on.
Honesty and integrity are 2 very important things to me that I work hard to improve on daily. Sometimes I feel that I need to loosen up more and not be such a strong advocacate for the poor, the weak, the sick and the down-trodden... however my heart is with the people and not the status quo.
I apologize if I upset anyone around here and say that no one has to like me.... but that they simply respect me as an independent thinking man of dilligence, courage, strength, knowledge, charisma, character and distinction who understands how to take care of business.
MEMO: We must energetically cultivate our ethnic diversity and diverse friendships like a landscaper cultivates a garden.

I step away and I miss what happen here don't anybody know Val is not moderating anymore because if he was he make sure you respect Tony posting policy ..people wouldn't be posting pics without a reason behind it.when we start getting out of hand disrespecting each other he step in and remind us to keep the subject to pigeons and chill out..and if he moderated your post you would know he did it because he made sure you did. couldn't get a better moderator like this cat.....he can make you laugh when he had to I'm talking about he is kool to the bone ..Val your last word was "I'm out" nah nah your IN,,get back in here that's an order..:)

Val, I cant imagine what would keep you from this forum. You have always been fair and tactful in your less than thankless duties as moderator. I hope you are still enjoying the birds as well as you had in the past and please dont let this discourage you. Joe

Hey Raymond, good post! I have researched numerous posting policies and the more rules laid out, the more work it creates for SOMEONE...however, it is a necessary evil that comes with the territory.
I have increased our staff by 1 and one of the responsibilities she has is to moderate the most gross violations on the site, she also bans and suspends as needed, as well as removes low value threads that find their way to the back forum pages.
My advice to those who like to "push buttons" is that we are now keeping tabs on the trouble makers and borderline trouble makers and are just looking for an excuse to ban them.
When someone is banned or removed, we are often proven correct in he decision to remove rift-raft by the hateful emails we get from them in response to our actions. Thanks for the input.
