That makes 3 of us. I`m out of work 4 months now. Just got a kit in the air 4th time today. They are kitting better every day. Starting to see a little roll again. Hoping to get the training cage off the other kit and fly them by this weekend. That`ll give me 2 kits a day to fly out and hopefully make a team for WC. Not young yet, but I do have 1 egg. Actually, first hen laid today. woot, woot ---------- Butch @ Sundance Roller Lofts

Most years, the number of posts on Pigeon forums start to drop once the weather starts to pick up. In other words when we are stuck inside during the cold dark nights, the forum is a bit better than watching telly most of the time. Although I didn't log on the other night as I was watching the Tyson fight on TV, Pete.

But nothing that fits what I am looking for or my qualifications. Good to here from you guys and lets keep it up. I am sure btween us that are out of work we can find the odd hour here and there to chat? Even if its telling each other how our birds are getting on. Not the once in house who say all we think about is them sodding pigeons and garden.LOL. Hope to here from you guys soon harrison uk.

Guys...go apply for government jobs. The way to do it is thru thier web sites. However, if you have a felony in your background in the last 10 years, then forget it.

Obama's bread & cheese money is working fine for now.
Tried for V.A. benifits and was turned down.
I thought all Veterans would have benifits ( WRONG )
I should of signed up 25 years ago. New law passed in 2003, now they check to see if you have any money or how much you own.
Now you have to have a medal from a war or a major problem caused by the war.
In a few months I would be interested in a Goverment JOB.

https://www.avuedigitalservices.com/
There you can make a profile and thier are alot of other things you can do. I have been working for the feds now for 15years or so, 19 in wildland firefighting. Things are lookin up for us, for a few years the Feds have been loosing highly trained fire fighters to the state.. Now there is a effort for the Feds to Retain more employees.. So Im glad I didnt jump ship..LOL hope the website helps,, good luck

Another tip is to go to Security training school for a three weeks course while you are out of a job. They will issue you a certification after completion of the course. There are schools that will provide training for 6 month or so but you can carry a gun like a police officer and guess what, the Family & Job Services will pay for the training. After 9/11 security at Federal buildings, municipal buildings and airports are requiring more security officers to man the screening machines. The pay is from $18 to $24 an hour. Again, if you have a felony in your background within the last 10 years, then forget it.

Nice to see you guys giving support. Things in the UK are alot differnt to were you guys are from. We need qualifications for everythig and anything. I have just been in the shed and caught a cock in his downstairs naibours box. I checkd the eggs and one had a hole in the middle of it. I decided to take the two eggs away and let them go down again instead of letting them single raise. Everything seems to be going good (apart from the eggs smashd). All together I have now got 16 pair on eggs so I am hopeing for plenty of young to sort out. I am one of them guys were nothing is simple in life so I will not keep counting my pigeons before the eggs hatch. We have had a couple of nice days were I live so I have had the wood srain out doing the loft and kits, They look like new oncw again. I will post some snaps of them soon. How are you guys getting on with your breeding on your side of the worid? Good I hope? Last year was a good one for me as I was able to breed in januery as it wasnt so calld but this year has taken many young as it has been the coldest winter for over 10 years. I splitt my pairs for a few weeks untill it got warmer so this will be my first round.
When a hen has laid her eggs can it make her have runny poos? I have noticed that a couple of hens have watery poo id this ok or could they be a reason behind this that I should be worrying about? Well guys thats me hope all is going ok for you guys. Good look in all you do for 09 yours in roll harrison uk.
