WOW thanks for the great response on my peregrine issue ...i don't feel alone and frustrated thanks for sharing your experiences
I thought i just got rid of a cooper hawk problem after 4 years now i got a peregrine problem .30 pairs with about 130 babies a year. A lot of work for only keeping a few at year end.
You know guys I am in a club and feel I have to fly to support my club ,however at this rate I will never get a kit in competition.
I am going to cut down after this season if i continue to have this problem and will forget about competition too much pressure on me every year.
I will keep few as a hobby less work ,less feed, less time wasted, less pressure, less time spent cleaning s..t.
I will keep as a hobby and will fly a couple of birds at a time and enjoy the individual bird spinning.IF that don"t work then maybe it will be parlor rollers /
Thanks guys for all your support will keep all of you updated as the season comes in and the young are flying.

Hey Can I hear you and we can't forget the main reason we have these birds to bring us inner peace ..pressure you don't ever want all year round because then its not a hobby or sport its a job...just cut down and keep it simple and follow your heart..good luck.. ----------p.s. and with those BOP around you could never have peace ...just keep working around them and take it easy I know its not easy.. Ralph.

Thanks guys will never get rid of all the birds ..I think i will likely cut down 50% to 15 breedingand forget about competition. My views and enjoyment before when i did not know about all the compitition was a lot less stessful . if as bob took a bird it did not matter as much
BOP sulution true spin has mentioned is legal as it is the ontario government in Canada which will assit you with relocation of the bop

In Canada it is legal with permission from Fish and Wildlife Dept to trap and relocate various breeds of hawks but don't even think about it with peregrines. ---------- Kel. Rum-30 Lofts
