Now I know w/ the kits it is once a day what do ya all do? for feeding your breeders the same, how much, continuous or what? thanks kevin

iowaroller, i feed my breeders all they can eat and i would use a plastic or plexi box and drill 2 holes and place it out side the cage so less wasted food or getting poops in the feeed

Breeders have feed and water and oyster shell in front of them all the time. JDA

here is a ? trctor supply sells chicken layer feed w/oyster will this work as long as it is pelets thanks kevin

I feed my breeders as much as they can eat during breeding season.I give 1/2 pigeon pellets and 1/2 grain.

My breeders, much like the other guys, have feed and water in front of them 24/7 ---------- Fly High and Roll On

iowarollers, I have used the chicken pellets you are talking about. They were okay but I feel the salt content is too high and makes the birds drink too much water which results in runny stools and messy nest boxes.

I feed my irds in the morning and about 5pm. Thy have 24-7 acsess to water and grit. the reason for the twice feed is bcause like you guys say if you leave them with a full trougth they have it all over the place. When my eggs hatch then I will fill the food trougth up as they need it there 24~7. yours in roll harrison. I have never come across anyone in the uk who uses them pellets you guys use. What are they? thanks
