Last year I had 12 young get on the wing and lifted realy high into the clouds. I didnt see them again. 2 was on the shed when I woke up and I was getting calls from all over the city saying they had my birds. ALWAYS STAMP YOUR BIRDS. I got a call off one man who said I found your bird in my garden and it is in need of help as a cat as been at it. The problem was he was moving houses at the time and said he would be gone in half hour. I got there to late and could see he had let the bird onto the roof. His house was about 12 miles away from mine. The next day I got a call and it was from a homing pigeon man and he said I have a little grizz hen with your stamp on and it and it has been attackd by a cat. This guy lived in the next street from me. I got the bird back and still have him today. He isnt a verry good roller but the reason I have him is bcause he was half dead and still managed to fly 12 miles to find his house and was one street away. That bird has got a place in my heart. If you could have seen it. It had been scalped under the wing, only had 2 tail feathers and a hole in its crop. WOW what a bird. Good look in getting your birds back harrison uk
