Hi everybody i'm new to Sac,Ca area and when is safe for me to fly my kit birds and when should i lock em down i would appreciat any suggestion thank u

I live in Sac. and I am flying twice a day @ 7am and 5:30 pm. It all depends on the BOP in your area, check the skies , trees ,and pole around you , plus if I see vultures , a BOP is normally close by . That's just my take on it . As for when to shut down , you will NO. BOP everywhere and they will be attacking your birds every time you let them up. That's just what I think ....GOOD LUCK.
