i'm not to sure but i think he's sick and the parents sense that and i would try to foster the lil guy to see if it would survive

I wouldnt say it would be sick, it would of died by now if it was, It comes down to the older one being stronger and fighting for the food more, It will survive, if you can when you notice that there feeding the young pull the older/stronger one out for a bit, let the younger one be feed, and place the stronger back in. things like this happens, more when the first egg gets incubated more when its laid compared in time when the second egg. Thats when the first born has a 24-48 hr head start.

Put the big one in your pocket and carry him around at feeding time while the parents feed the little chick. It`ll take a few days but they should level out.

let nature take its course it will survive i use take take the larger one out so the smaller one get fed but i would not stay in the loft during feeding and when i come out to put it back one of them are dead because the older birds kill the squabs lesson learned the hard way
