hi guys can any one please tell me ,what percentages i will get. for, protein, carb,fat. if i mix, 40%PEAS,20%WHEAT,20%MILO,10%SAFLOUR,10%MAIZE.

This will give you an analysis of some of the grains you mentioned.
I will let you do the math.

15.9% Protien
57.3 Carbos
4.9 Fat
If the maize is popcorn the protien contien will be a wee bit higher.
