It's been a rough week this week so far. Got my finals coming up, and to top that i've lost some of my breeders. One died out of the blue, five others got loose. Two came back and now still three missing. It's just been a bad week, but on the good side i've at least got two back and no sign of BOP. Just started this year, not much i have to work with. Hope all the rest find their way back home. Just thought i'd share.

This is a very tough hobby with lots of frustration for a little gratification. When I experience a week like you just did, or have thoughts of giving up I always reach out to my roller friends and all those negatives quickly disappear and are replaced by positives. Don't let the challenges of this hobby take the fun out! Easier said then done but the friends you make in this hobby will always outweigh any losses of birds, competitions, or any other challenges you face! That's what makes this hobby so fun! Stay positive, reach out to your friends and faith, and good things will happen! Sincerly, Don M.

Sorry to hear that. Man, you think you got it bad. Geez, you don't want me to start. Stick in there. Even tho you think you have it bad, there are guys out there who is in worst shape. I fly in 3 weeks. Many times, this hobby is just awful to bare. All tho, it only takes one good day to wash all those bad ones away.
