NBRC Region 5 is looking for a judge. It is a four state area of Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and the Northern Half of Arkansas. The target date is Octomber 4 running thru October 9. Comtemplating having both 11 and 20 bird competitions. Lots of good fliers; lots of good people.

Man I wish I was qualified. It sounds like it would be fun, see all that country, and good birds and fliers. In a few years I would diffently try it. But since I have only been flyig a year, I am not up to speed yet.
I sure hope someone steps up for you guys.

Val - you are probably more able to be a judge than you think.

Jim - I found a judge and it would be a sad day not have you compete in our region. I hope it will straighten out for us all. This year's fly will be held a little earlier to hopefully avoid the seasonal wheather change and keep us out of the migration. Molt may be a little bit of problem, but I would rather have that problem than be flying into the teeth of the migration and have the storms that followed us around last year.

If it happens again this year like last year we may be flying in September or August(LOL)
