Hi all! My name is Ronnie Sultana and I live in Sydney Australia. I am the editor for the Sydney Performing roller club Bulletin and was wondering if anyone on this forum can direct me where to go for good Roller articles? Or perhaps someone may have an informative article of their own to submit? Your help would really be appreciated.

Ronnie,
Actually you don't need to go far. This site is a treasure trove of information, including a great number of articles which many people have posted. There have been some great articles written by Bill Pensom and many others.
Also the Eason's Loft website has some excellent articles.
If you do a search it might go a little easier for you.

Ronnie - there are some rollers guys in Austrailia that are members of the NBRC and recieve the NBRC's Bulletin. There is always a wealth of information and stories that can be found there and may be of help to you.

Never heard of a Silvio Velo.. Are you sure he is from Sydney? he could be in Melbourne? Thanks for that Electric man, I did find that link only moments after I posted my message. You are right, some great info in there!

Hi Ronnie, I also am doing the bulletin for my club and getting guys to get me info and on time is like pulling teeth. I do not have articles on line that I could email them to you. I delete them once I print them. I have several stock piles of printed stuff I had put in the past. How much is to mail some papers to you? I will check with the post office. My email is Cridercrader@aol.com . Send me your mailing address and if its under $10 or $15 I could send you some articles. I get several of them from old old magazines out of print and I ask guys often if I could print their articles and so far I have not had anyone say no.
J star has several he could send you. One was on preping a kit of rollers for comp and he mentioned to use a vitamin called top plus. Well I did experiment with it and came in second place in the W/C pre-lem fly in my area. I am not sure it will work the next time but vitamins are good for them anyway. Just use them with moderation though, too much of anything is bad and the birds will sky out. But Maybe J Star will send you a few things he sent me email. His article on preping a kit was 9 pages or more.

Thanks Bill, I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to my post. I will send you an email as soon as I finish sending this reply. I too have experimented with medications and vitamins and found that my birds behaved very differently while on them. But as you say, everything in moderation.

Bill, it will work time and time again but use it accordingly for stamina when it is needed.
