6&3/8" for one side and 7" for the other. The 7" piece overlaps the shorter one and nail them together. They should come out pretty close to even. Can't remember the inside piece but you can lay them over another board and draw it out. Measure it then cut several pieces and nail them all together. A little wood glue before you nail them together and they will last forever.
